Before Your Carpet Installation
Prior to your carpet installation, a member of our crew will have walked you through the entire process, answering any questions that you might have and detailing the entirety of the process. On installation day itself, we ask that you remove any furniture from the room(s) where the installation is set to take place. We also ask that you ensure that pets and children are nowhere near where the carpet installation will take place. This is done for their safety and ours.
During & After Your Carpet Installation
While we cannot say with certainty how long your installation will take, trust that we will do everything we can to make sure that the installation is done as soon as possible. A general timeline should be provided to you at the onset of the installation and our team will do our best to stay within that time window.
When the carpet installation is finished, we recommend staying off your floors for at least 24 hours to allow them to settle. We also suggest opening windows and running a fan to help remove any installation-related smells when the installation is completed.
