Before Your Hardwood Installation
Before we install your hardwood, a member of our crew will have walked you through the entire process, answering any questions that you might have. On installation day itself, we ask that you remove any furniture from the room or rooms where the installation is set to take place. We also ask that you ensure that pets and children are nowhere near where the hardwood installation will take place. This is done for both their safety and ours.
During & After Your Hardwood Installation
While it is difficult to say with absolute certainty how long your installation will take, trust that our team will do everything in our power to get the job done in a timely manner. A general timeline should be provided to you at the onset of the installation and our team will do everything in their power to stay within that window.
When the hardwood installation is finished, we recommend staying off your floors for at least 24 hours to allow them to settle. We also suggest opening windows and running a fan to help remove any installation-related smells once installation has been completed.
