Before Your Tile Installation
Prior to your tile installation, a member of our crew will have walked you through the entire process, answering any questions that you might have along the way. On installation day itself, we ask that you remove any furniture from the room(s) in question where the installation is set to take place. We also ask that you ensure that pets and children are nowhere near where the installation will take place. This is for both their safety and ours.
During & After Your Tile Installation
While we cannot state with certainty the exact moment that an installation will be done, trust that our team will do everything they can to ensure your installation is done in a timely manner. A general timeline should be provided to you at the onset of the installation and our team will do everything in their power to stay within those time parameters, completing the job with the utmost care & precision.
When the tile installation is finished, we recommend staying off your floors for at least 24 hours to allow them to settle. During this period, you may want to open windows and run fans to remove any installation-related smells.
